Great value spot with everything you want nearby!
The rooftop restaurant was fabulous with incredible views-breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. They have a separate entrance downstairs to wash off from the beach and get towels and they include chairs and umbrellas at the beach so you don’t have to carry them back and forth. We also really loved the neighborhood. Fabulous shopping-flagship Havianna’s and H. Stern-a great grocery store to pick up beach snacks and drinks and wonderful restaurants. Also the beachfront view from the room was incredible. We had a double suite which was massive and a corner room. Perfect for my mom aunt and I to stretch out and 2 bathrooms! Amazing

Lovely days in Rio de Janeiro
The best location, the room was huge, so clean and comfortable with a big window with view to the beach. The breakfast was so complete, buffet of delicious food and fruits. Free umbrella, chair and towels for the beach! I can only say excellent service!

Breakfast.
Breakfast. Location. Size of room and bathroom.
Rooms suffer from outdated infrastructure. I stayed at this property 20 years ago. Bathroom tiles degraded, Al shower doors not properly cleaned, insufficient electrical outlets. Surface materials 1970s. All bathrooms need 100% remodel. Understaffed at front desk daytime. Had one receptionist when the needed 2-3 minimum. Line backed up. Upon check in afternoon the porter stayed in his position doing nothing while he watched us unload baggage from trunk of taxi. Should be fired on the spot.

The location
The bedroom we booked was extremely filthy with damp and bugs due to not cleaning and rust. We couldn’t stay in it. They gave us a smaller and refurbished ( we should have had our money back as this was smaller, but they didn’t do it). The smaller room’s floor was so filthy I had to try to clean it, and we had to wash our feet several times. Appalling
